Snow Day

It started snowing yesterday about 4pm and it's still coming down. We already had about 8 inches on the ground, we now have about a foot and a half more. I couldn't get out of the driveway so "darn" I had to stay home today from work. Of course, I'm inside where it's warm, Becca's outside with our dog Charlie playing in the snow.

Happy Halloween

Becca loves Halloween! This year she was a Victorian Princess. She also made Jim wear his firefighter suit, he was a little hot, but did it anyway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, it was 65 degrees.

My Scrap Area

Finally I have time to post the pictures of my shelves that Jim put up in my scrapping area. I'm not completely done, we still need to hang a shelf to put my flower jars on. I'm still moving things around and getting it so I can actually work in there. My goal is to have it done by the end of Fall so when it starts to get cold out, I can work in there instead of having to drag my stuff out in the snow to crops. I'll post more pictures as it gets more organized. One more quick item - that beautiful cricut cover was made by Miss Peggie Susie! It's it great! She even put my name on it!

Prayer Still Works

Hello ladies,

I wanted to thank all of you for your prayers for Becca in school. Last year she really struggled and this year she's doing great. They've taken 2 spelling test, she got a B on the first one and an A- on the second. Last year every vocabulary test she brought home was either a C, D or even a few F's, she just didn't get it. She's taken 2 tests so far, first test was a B+, second was an A-. Praise God!

Church Picnic 2008

Yesterday was our church picnic. We had so much fun. Becca won 3rd place in the watermelon eatting contest.
